"Are you looking for me? I am in the next seat.
My shoulder is against yours.
You will not find me in stupas, not in Indian shrine rooms, nor in
synagogues, nor in cathedrals:
not in masses, nor in kirtans, not in legs winding around your own neck, nor in eating nothing but vegetables.
When you really look for me, you will see me instantly--
you will find me in the tiniest house of time.
Kabir says: Student, tell me, what is God?
He is the breath inside the breath."-- Kabir, translated by Robert Bly

Adesh's Breath of Creativity Workshop
Next workshop TBA
Creativity is spirituality; it's the highest expression of our inner Selves. When we are inspired, we are In-Spirit. All things are vibrating energy, so by becoming aware of the power of your connection to the Creative Spirit through breath, yoga, mantra and meditation, we tune in to the vibration of the Universe, the Creative Spirit Energy. To aspire is to desire. Conscious aspiration - breathing - opens the flow of Spirit.
Adesh's “The Breath of Creativity Workshop” will help you access this unlimited creative energy, allowing you to align with your dreams. You will learn the technology of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation by doing a kriya (a yoga set) and a powerful meditation to manifest your desires -- your “heart-song.” Anyone can do this, anyone! You will also create a Vision Board to help you focus on manifesting your intentions. Since we will be creating Vision Boards as part of the workshop, please begin collecting magazines and cutting out images that appeal to you. Bring magazines, scissors, gluesticks, paper & pencils to class. Poster boards will be provided.
Adesh Kaur shares her experiences as an actor, director, producer, writer and mother and creates a gathering place for all artists and creative people seeking alignment with their True Creative Selves. With humor and honesty, she inspires students to take a chance, to take a leap into the unknown. She knows that we are all the creators of our own experience, and we can do what we came here to do with fun, play, laughter, and joy.
"So, even if you don’t have the foggiest idea about what it is that you want to create, no worries -- you will have so many tools and techniques to help you open the Creative Spirit within, you will be “inspired” to something amazing and just right for you. We all came here to create. Everyone is a creative being. Might as well do what you love to do. Right? It will feel effortless." -- Adesh
"I can't emphasize enough how much Adesh has transformed my life. Her creativity classes and workshops have helped me break through artistic blocks and envision new work. Sometimes I see entire paintings during her classes, and have to rush home to paint. Her teaching style is accessible and fun. I really like her humor, poetry, and mixture of ethereal and grounded energy. And I enjoy being among an interesting group of artists. Her classes seem to get more popular every week!" -- Maggie Parr, artist
